In compliance with New York State Mandate, the Vessels where our events are held will require all attendess to provide proof of vaccination
for all cruises after September 13th, 2021 until advised otherwise by NYS and the vessels where our events are held.
AT LEAST 1 SHOT OF THE ACTIVE COVID-19 VACCINE IS REQUIRED BY THE YACHTS FOR ENTRANCE TO ALL VESSELS.
If you are unvaccinated or cannot provide valid proof of vaccination, unfortunately, you will not be able to attend an event.
As this information is provided in advance on our website and within event details, there are no refunds for those who are unable to attend due to being unvaccinated or are unable to provide proof of vaccination at entrance to the event.
FOR PROOF OF VACCINATION, YOU CAN USE THE FOLLOWING:
• CDC Vaccination Card: A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable.
• NYC Vaccination Record or other official immunization record from within or outside the U.S., including from your health care provider:
A photo or photocopy of this card is also acceptable. If you are unable to get this record, call 311.
• NYC COVID Safe App: Android | iOS. You can upload to this app a photo of your CDC vaccination card or other official record, along with your photo ID.
• Excelsior Pass (or Excelsior Pass Plus): To use this app, you will need the phone number or email address associated with your NYC vaccination record.
If you are unable to use this app, try one of the other options listed above.
We strive to keep everyone Covid free and healthy for the best experience but please note any interaction with the general public poses a risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event, so we advise you to practice social distancing while at the event and follow our safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions. Boarding approximately 11:45pm • Returning approximately 3:45am****Staff will be at the gate as of 11pm to scan e-tickets to provide you with boarding passes ahead of boarding time & then boarding guests onto the yacht will begin approx 11:45pm. We recommend arriving before the approx 11:45pm boarding time to have your e-tickets scanned for your boarding passes.
