Package Guidelines

Pricing:

Tickets START at $25-$35 (+ processing fees) per person
(Starting Price subject to Change based on the Event. Price will raise as event is closer to being sold out)
NO REFUNDS! If you choose not to celebrate your event on the cruise after tickets are purchased, you and/or your guests will not receive a refund as All Sales Are Final! Tickets are also Void & non-refundable without Proper ID & Dress Code.

Package Minimum Requirements:

You are NOT guaranteed any amount of tickets as tickets must be purchased, they are NOT reserved or held based on your estimated amount of guests. Graduation Packages are based on the amount of tickets purchased through the personalized webpage link we create & email to your attention, by the deadline. Each package has a minimum amount of tickets that must be purchased in order to receive that package.

Table Information:

Tables will be assigned to either the 1st or 2nd Floor, based on availability, if there is a mix of music on each floor, OR assigned to the 1st Floor if the Latin Music will be on that level. Your guests will have access to all levels regardless of your table reservation.
The package provides an Indoors Level Table that will allow for 8 seats.

Optional Upgrades: 3rd Fl VIP Area (Outdoors) or the VIP White Sofa Area (Indoors):

After You Have Purchased Your Admission Tickets, You can make an additional payment to reserve a VIP Area either on the Outdoors 3rd Fl or the VIP White Sofa Area Indoors.

Bottle Service:

After You Have Purchased Your Admission Tickets, you can email us to Reserve a Bottle Package at your Table or VIP Area on either an Indoor Level (1st or 2nd Fl) OR in a VIP Area on the Outdoors Level (3rd Floor) in lieu of the Birthday Package Reserved Table(s) for an additional charge. Admission is Not Included. You must purchase admission tickets separately. Maximum of 4-10 guests at indoor & outdoor seating–based on availability.
Weather-Permitting: If Weather does not allow for 3rd Floor Seating, Guests will be moved to an Available Table on an Indoor Level…there are no refunds for these changes.

Package Deadline:

The minimum amount of tickets for a package must be purchased before the event is sold out OR by 12pm the day before the event, whichever comes first. Tickets are first come, first serve. You will be notified at this point or when the event is sold out, if sooner, as to what package you will receive based on the total purchases made through your webpage.
**If tickets are still on sale after 12pm the day before the event you may still purchase tickets, but they will not be tallied towards your total for the birthday package.

Graduate's Admission:

You do NOT need to immediately purchase the Graduate's ticket as you will receive a free ticket for the Graduate IF you have at least 15 purchased tickets purchased through your personalized webpage before the final package deadline. If you do not reach this minimum amount by the time the event is listed as sold out OR by 12pm the day before the event on the final package deadline, then you will be emailed a link to purchase the Graduate's ticket at the starting price. This is only available for the Graduate, not other guests. We have the Graduate's ticket on hold to either be sent to you as a free ticket with the package or to send you a link to purchase the ticket at the starting $25 (+fees) price if you do not reach a package level.

Free Drink Ticket:

The Free Drink Ticket for the Graduate will be brought to your table by someone on staff After we set sail. Our door staff will make a note of the Graduate when you arrive and we will have your photo from your personalized Graduation webpage, so the staff will be able to locate you on the boat once we set sail to bring you the free drink ticket.

Updates on your Attendees:

Updates are emailed once to twice a week on designated days with an updated list of who has purchased tickets through your webpage to help you keep track of guests. If you do not receive an email for awhile, it may be due to no new sale updates on your list. You may email us at events@latinpartycruise.com if you would like to follow up on who has purchased but again we do send updates once to twice a week.

Check-In for Boarding Passes at 10:45pm
E-Ticket Check-In begins at 10:45pm to have E-Tickets scanned for physical boarding passes
before boarding onto the yacht starts at approx 11:45pm

1st Floor: Latin Music w/ some English Music (Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Reggaeton)
2nd Floor: English Music (Mainstream, Top 40, & EDM)
3rd Floor: Outdoors Lounge (Mix of English Music)
*Certain events are subject to change to a mix of Latin & English on each level

Age & Dress Code:

21 & Over  •  ID a Must  •  Trendy & Neat
NO Baseball Hats, NO White T-Shirts, NO Athletic or Baggy Attire

The Yacht will have a buffet for sale - Cash Only for Buffet
Buffet is approx $20 per plate (+ additional $4 for certain specialty items)
There is no menu available as the yacht has a private caterer that supplies new freshly made foods daily.
There are no specialty foods on the yacht.
